On 06/21/2023, multiple law enforcement agencies pursued 31-year-old Jonathon Sager, who authorities identified as wanted in connection with a homicide investigation in Florida. The pursuit ended near Old National Highway and Indian Boundary Road in Pinehurst after Sager crashed his vehicle. Officers approached and located him inside with a gunshot wound to the head.
