Harvey PD and Hazel Crest PD responded to the call and the woman got into the vehicle and proceeded to drive southbound on Dixie Highway at a high rate of speed. The Harvey police officer escalated a chase which reached a high rate of speed. The fleeing vehicle swerved to avoid another vehicle, lost control, and crashed into a sign at 170th Street, split in two and all three of the occupants were ejected. Two died at the scene and another was transported to Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn in critical condition. The third victim has also died.

Kansas City PD investigated a stolen vehicle and found Hugo Corral-Velasco passed out in it. Police claim he had a gun and that they tried to wake him up and that he grabbed the gun and began firing at police. They shot and killed him.

The New Jersey Attorney General's Office investigated a chase that stretched from Marlboro to Old Bridge on Nov. 9, 2022. One motorist died in a crash at the end of the chase.Police chased an allegedly stolen car until it crashed, resulted in the death of bystander ArturoTlapa Luna. Marlboro police officer Sgt. Greg Arrone escalated a chase of the car that ended after the car hit several other vehicles on Route 9 south in Old Bridge in the area of Spring Valley Road shortly after 2 a.m. The occupant of one of the bystander cars, 33-year-old Freehold resident Arturo Tlapa-Luna, was killed in the crash. His wife, father and two daughters were also in the car and suffered severe injuries but survived.

Rogers County deputies and Cherokee Nation Marshals Office were called to a business because during some sort of altercation, William Fairweather was holding a nail gun. Police arrived and he locked himself in a room. Police allege that he tried to shoot the nail gun at police. He was shot and killed by them. Because he was Native American, the Cherokee Nation Marshals Service was also involved in the incident.

Houston PD Northeast Patrol officers escalated a car chase against a reported stolen gray Honda Accord. As a result of the chase, the vehicle left the road, struck a metal fence of a business on the east side of the street, killing the driver and injuring the passenger.

During a traffic stop in Alexandria, LA, a Rapides Parish deputy shot and killed Derrick Kittling. The deputy alleged that Derrick Kittling was noncompliant, got his hand on the taser and the deputy shot and killed the unarmed man. Bystander video proved the police narrative to be untruthful and showed the officer wrestling him to the ground, standing above him with his head by the officer’s feet, Kittling putting up a hand defensively as the officer aimed and fired a lethal shot in his head. Kenneth Vineyard was helping a gunshot victim in the Center Township Walmart Plaza when an unidentified off-duty Center Township PD officer in civilian clothing walked up, yelled “get back” and when Vineyard did not cooperate, likely because he was not sure who this man in civilian clothing was, he was knocked to the ground by the officer, hit his head and died in the hospital after the attack. The DA recused himself from the case. The officer was not charged in this murder.

Brian Taylor shot and killed his wife Linda with a rifle during a domestic dispute. Missouri City PD were called about a “man with a gun” acting erratically in a business parking lot. When they arrived, they allege that he pulled out a gun and began shooting. KelvontaeZikel Banks was killed early Friday morning after an officer crashed into his car on Georgia Highway 85 near Riverdale. Family report that the Clayton County police car came out of nowhere. “No lights on, no nothing” said father of deceased. A baby was injured.His father stated:"He was coming to pick his child’s mom up at 1 o’clock at this KFC and he was looking at him come in. He saw my son turn in and this police officer came out of nowhere, with no lights on or nothing and he killed my son," Butler said. His 2-year-old was in the backseat when he died and was admitted to Children's Hospital.

During investigation of a stolen car, DeKalb County officers were led to the home of Marando Salmon. When they entered the bedroom, he threw an object at them. It is unknown how many police had invaded the home. They allege that he reached for something and in case that was a gun, they shot and killed him. Kyle Styles Lovera Lockett, 21, was fatally shot by plainclothes NYPD police when police intervened in an altercation between Lockett and another man in front of a deli on the corner of Gun Hill Road and Hull Avenue in Norwood on Thursday, Nov. 3. Members of the Queens Warrant Squad were nearby in an unmarked police vehicle were investigating an unrelated incident when a man entered the deli and allegedly engaged in a violent struggle with Lockett, who was already inside.
Lockett allegedly had a gun while the other man was allegedly stabbing him with a knife. Police allege that Lockett fired into the white Lexus after the fleeing man.

On November 3, 2022, 22-year-old Avery James Borkovec was found unresponsive in his cell at the Boulder County Jail. He had been incarcerated since September 29, 2022, on charges of trespassing and failure to appear. Borkovec had exhibited severe back pain, vomiting, coughing, and weight loss, but was not provided with adequate medical care. An autopsy determined his death was caused by untreated bacterial sepsis. A federal lawsuit filed by his family alleges that jail medical staff failed to provide necessary care, leading to his death.
