Theodore Deschler was killed during an FBI SWAT arrest in a street in Henderson, Tennessee for unknown reasons. He was a disabled military veteran. His brother believes he was unarmed when killed. Neighbors reported seeing FBI shooting into the house through the garage window at Deschler who was standing in the kitchen when killed. Local police claim not to know what happened and the FBI declined to comment on the case entirely.
