OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Torrance County deputies received a call that an adult female was in a trailer where she had been abused. When deputies arrived, they pressured him with “announcements” to come out. Soon, smoke and flames were emanating from the trailer. Police found charred human remains, presumably of the man, in the trailer. Police did not publicly identify him.
