NARRATIVE:
On 02/20/2022, 27-year-old Kevin Miller of St. Louisville was killed when his vehicle left Heath Road, overturned and ejected him after he drove away from a Heath Police Department officer in Heath, Licking County, Ohio.

At approximately 2:36 a.m., a Heath police officer encountered Miller unconscious inside a motor vehicle at the Duke gas station on State Route 79. The officer approached and made contact with Miller. Police reported that Miller then drove away from the station on Heath Road.

At the intersection of Heath Road and Irving Wick Drive, Miller's vehicle left the side of Heath Road, crossed Irving Wick Drive, went off the roadway and overturned. Miller was ejected from the vehicle.

Heath police officers attempted first aid and Heath Fire Department medics responded. Miller died at the scene. Heath Police Department investigated the fatal crash and asked witnesses with information about the incident to contact the department.
