OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 04/26/2024, San Antonio police responded to the 3400 block of Fredericksburg Road after receiving reports of a man throwing objects and removing his clothes at a restaurant.
Officers found Kevin Boothe Barrett, 38, partially unclothed and underneath a vehicle.
.Officers pulled Barrett from beneath the vehicle and handcuffed him.

Shortly after being handcuffed, Barrett became unresponsive. Officers administered Narcan and emergency medical personnel attempted to resuscitate him. Barrett was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office was tasked with determining the cause and manner of Barrett's death.
