El Paso PD chased a young man accused of driving too fast only. He did not stop and police escalated a high-speed chase that ended when the chase crashed him into a family vehicle, killing an 8-year-old girl and two women ages 27 and 37 in the vehicle. The victims have not been identified yet. Police communicated so far that the only reason they undertook this multi-fatality chase was for what should have been a speeding ticket instead of a high-risk fatal chase.
