Paramedics and Upper Moreland Township PD were called to attend to a woman who was in some mental distress, allegedly waving a gun around according to police. Police shot and killed her.
Mary Mannix Meister, a seasoned retiree with a background in public utility safety, has dedicated her life to political activism and community service. Notably, Meister established an influential advocacy group responsible for the triumphant enactment of the Family and Medical Leave Act.
