Merced PD were sent to the 33—block of M Street near Loughborough where a possibly intoxicated man was reportedly “jumping around in the street.” Police arrived and shot and killed him, claiming he had had a knife. So far, no video or eyewitnesses have emerged to compare to the official narrative.
