OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Todd C. Sulsberger, 72, called police and told them that his son was on his farm firing shots at him. Police arrived and set up a perimeter with Walter Sulsberger, 44, and his father Todd inside. County crisis negotiators and SWAT beleaguered the man and he fired several shots at tactical police who tried to enter to arrest him. Police responded with a hail of bullets and both father and son were found dead. It is unclear at this time whether police killed both of them or how the father died also.
