Sandy PD chased a teenager in a stolen vehicle into hitting a motorcycle. The rider was injured and the teenager continued fleeing from police until police shot and killed him. The boy, whose name was not released due to his age, was autistic and had run away from home when killed. The boy had been living in a group home, and there were allegations of patient abuse, and neglect aimed at him in the group home.
