OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Palm Beach deputies were called to outside a business along Military Trail north of Forest Hill Boulevard near West Palm Beach where a man was described as “suspicious, lurking in bushes”. Police arrived with backup, confronted him and an unknown altercation took place between him and several officers which is only described by police as him being “uncooperative” and police alleging that he “pulled out a gun”, showing an altered (disproportionately enlarged) photo of a pellet gun they claim was found after he was shot and killed. No video or eyewitness statements have emerged so far. Any updates will be posted on this page.
