Police were allegedly called to a fight. An officer claims that Dachena Warren-Hill tried to run them over. They shot and killed her. Her mother strongly dispute the police narrative and says she was chased by her boyfriend only when police shot her. It appears that police failed to recognize that someone else was the aggressor.
Officer Mark Guzman who killed her has 3 prior disciplinary issues on his record, all involving apparently reckless driving situations and incidents with his cruiser.
