Eureka PD attempted a traffic stop. The man, described only as a 31-year-old male, fled and ran on foot into the back of a library. Police arrived and had a fight with him, claim that he “pulled out a firearm” and they shot and killed him. So far, no BWC or other video can be located to verify the official narrative.
