Pecos PD were called by unknown parties as there was a noisy family dispute going on in the 1800 block of West Jackson Street in Pecos. Police entered the residence and under unknown circumstances shot and killed Adam Lee Ybarra. His family immediately protested strongly and said the killing in their internal family dispute was completely unwarranted and that a wonderful husband, father and loving family member had been killed senselessly by police who handled the situation very poorly according to family descriptions.
