Police allege that a 17-year-old had made threats at a home that he would kill someone and that he had a knife. Trooper Latulipe arrived and alleges that the juvenile had a folding tool which also had a knife blade. Latulipe shot and killed him. No eyewitness or video can be located at this time to verify this story.
