Boulder PD received a call about a woman with a gun, went to the location on North Broadway and saw the woman remove the gun from her purse. Police fired beanbags at her and shot and killed her with 8 rifle rounds. Her gun was a plastic replica. She had been unarmed. Her daughter filed a lawsuit alleging she was denied access to bodycam footage.
