Sergio Milton Barrios was allegedly breaking into a residence with a gun. Police arrived and he reportedly threw the gun on the ground. Police shot and killed him. Officer Gregory Buhagiar who killed Barrios previously killed Mario Vargas on January 6, 2007 and shot but missed when shooting at someone else in 2018.
