A man was firing a rifle in a parking lot. Police arrived and allege the man pointed the rifle at them. Police shot and killed him. The “rifle” was a BB gun. The man had been unarmed. On bodycam, the officer says the gun “might be a pellet gun” correctly but he killed Khorshahian.
