OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
A woman came to MTA officers alleging a man had groped her breast. She had taken a cell phone photo of him. Police located him, allege that he had a gun and fired one shot in unknown direction. This is not seen on bodycam but an officer is seen shooting and injuring him and then firing many more rounds directly into his body after he was already down and injured.
