Carlton Williams was involved in a 2021 road rage incident in which he chased another driver and slashed their tires with a machete. He failed to appear in court and in his absence was sentenced to 45 years in prison. When police came to arrest him, fired beanbags at him, sent 2 drones that he destroyed. Officers insufflated chemical gas into the apartment and used an explosive to blast the door open. He committed suicide under police duress.
