Toledo PD chased a man for a theft until he crashed into another vehicle, seriously injuring a woman driver. A woman who was the passenger in the vehicle being chased died in the crash. She died for what is described as a petty theft causing police to undertake this fatal chase. A total of 3 people were injured and one was killed.
