Lake County deputies and SWAT arrived at 9201 Pine Island Road, an unincorporated area south of State Road 50 and east of County Road 33 for a welfare check on Brady that had been called in by his neighbor.
Police claim found him armed and refusing to speak with police. Police allege that he pointed a gun. He was shot and killed by Lake County SWAT. No officers were charged.
