Chatham County Police saw a driver with an expired tag who refused to pull over during a traffic stop. Georgia State Patrol found it a short time later.State troopers chased the car and performed a PIT maneuver, resulting in a crash in which the driver’s car hit a concrete barrier and flipped over, killing 49-year-old Aimee Lynn Padgett. No officers were charged.
