OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Six officers conducting “proactive patrols” killed Darryl Tyree with a taser. The mother stated that she was not being told more about the incident. Raleigh PD report that officers were doing proactive patrols near the Supreme Sweepstakes on the 800 block of Rock Quarry Road and they targeted a vehicle. No officers were charged.
