OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Beaumont Police Department attempted to stop a pickup truck that refused to stop and drove to the 500 block of Xenia Avenue. At the end of the cul-de-sac, the driver allegedly turned around and began ramming police vehicles and police shot the man dead. His name was not released. No officers were charged.
