Gabriela Trejo-Garcia and passenger Juan Avila were driving in Kansas City when on Independence and Hardesty, a high-speed police chase crashed into them at 100 mph, escalated by Kansas City PD after a driver for unknown reasons. Both Trejo-Garcia and Avila died. No officers were charged.
