OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Chiewelthap Mariarhad been fired from his job but was reportedly told to finish his shift. Conflicting information was conveyed to Guymon PD when the supervisor who fired him instead called police to remove him from property. When police arrived, he was working with a knife and a bandcutter and he was tasered. Police allege he did not drop a knife and was shot dead. It is unclear whether a boxcutter or other type of knife police referred to as he was still at work and allegedly held tools in the line of his own duty.No officers were charged.
