Phoenix PD were called regarding a possible burglary and sent to an alley where a man matching the description was located. Cosme Medina Nunez was holding a pair of scissors. Police tasered him several times and he reportedly did not drop the scissors and was shot multiple times, killing him. He did not attack the officers.No officers were charged.
