When Aaron Lamont Swan fled a traffic stop, Brackenridge Borough police chief Justin McIntyre initiated a foot chase after him.Swan turned around and shot the officer to death and fled. Swan was seen in a carjacked vehicle and chased. The car crashed and Swan fled into the woods, shot at officers and was shot and killed by the Pittsburgh PD.No officers were charged.
