After an alert by a FLOCK license plate reader in Branson, MO for unknown reasons, Randall Wesolek Jr. of Taney County was tracked to a gas station on West 76 Country Blvd by Branson PD.
When he was told to exit his car, a struggle began. Police allege that he produced a gun and they shot and killed him. No BWC can be found in open records search. Three officers fired shots and killed him.
