Milwaukee PD attempted to make a traffic stopnear 91st and Silver Spring on a man driving without a license plate.The driver took off, ran a red light when police escalated a high-speed, crashed into another car and ran away on foot. Police allege that he had a gun. They shot and killed him. Police were seen dragging him by the leg “like garbage” as a bystander commented and repositioning him twice after being shot while he may have still been alive, causing an outcry from the public about tampering with the crime scene. The officers were cleared by the DA.
