Steve Roosa, 64, was shooting at target practice all day, and in the process, his barn caught on fire. When neighbors arrived, he was depressed about the barn and began shooting toward people coming to his property. He had previously injured two people. When Hernando County deputies and SWAT arrived, he was shot and killed.
