SWAT was trying to arrest Bret Andrews for rape at 1680 Stringtown Road in Grove City. For unknown reasons, Columbus SWAT shot him at the residence. He died in the hospital. The identities of all shooter officers were shielded by the Columbus Division of Police, Franklin County Sheriff's Office and its SWAT unit.
