OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
At8:54 p.m. Wednesday night, officers reportedly chased a stolen vehicle in the E. North Avenue corridor of Baltimore until the vehicle struck another vehicle and both vehicles crashed into a building at the intersection of E. North Avenue and Wolfe Street causing the building to collapse. Before hitting the building, the vehicle killed pedestrian Alfred Fincher who was also hit by debris from the collapsed building and died. The footage of the crash and building collapse is linked below. The officer was cleared on 11/14/2023 and his actions that led to this were Justified by the DA.
