Fresno police pulled over a Chevy Tahoe around 11:00 p.m. for non-moving traffic violations. The driver reportedly stopped at First Street and Shields Avenue and was cooperating but then suddenly took off. Police escalated the chase until he crashed, killing uninvolved third-party motorist Victor Cardenas.
