OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Maple Heights officers were performing a traffic stop on a car they felt may be related to a shooting shortly after 3 a.m. The car fled and Maple Heights PD escalated a chase through Libby Road and onto Granger Road where the car hit 3 houses and a tree and stopped on Granger Road. Naszier Woodward was ejected as a result of the crash and died from his injuries.
