Pennsylvania State Police and Wyomissing PD attempted a traffic stop. Vaughn Perkins was chased until he crashed in a backyard. Police allege that he had "a rifle with a scope across his chest" and police shot and killed him. He had been wanted for questioning in a homicide, arson and two other shootings. The officers were cleared by the DA.
