OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
A SWAT siege on a house started when a man locked himself into a house. When SWAT bore down on the residence, shots were heard. Later, St. Tammany Parish deputies found 2 men dead inside, Eric Costello and Richard Anthony Sanderson, a former candidate for Louisiana Public Service Commission District 1, who had apparently killed the other man and then committed suicide under police duress.
