Joseph Martin reportedly caused a disturbance inside of a Walmart and was reported as an unwanted person in the store.Police asked him to get out, he reportedly said "I have a gun" and appeared to reach toward his waistband. Chandler PD shot and killed him. Police did not reply whether or not a gun had been found.
