Cudahy PD chased Justin Mbakellah at speeds that reached speeds of about 100 mph until he crashed and in a ravine near Milwaukee. The reason for the fatal hunt cited by police was an improperly displayed registration, speeding and deviating from his lane.Police allege that the“pursuit was terminated”, they located the vehicle in a ravine and Justin Mbakellah, the 23-year-old driver had died.
