Englewood PD were called around 12:40 p.m. to the U Motelat 4575 South Broadway on a call that a man was pointing a gun at the 911 caller and threatened to rob and shoot the caller. The man then took off.Englewood PD arrived, saw the man who then took off on foot through an alley toward Oxford Avenuewhere police shot and killed him.
