Tucson PD responded to calls about an armed robbery with a gun in the 2700 block of East Grant Road. When officers arrived, they found Nicholas Mauro Sosa inside a nearby restaurant.Police allege that he pointed a gun at them. Sgt. Chlopowicz fired a military rifle and shot and killed him.
