OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Police besieged a man who had locked himself in a shed in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood near downtown. Police found the man but he refused to surrender.
K-9 were deployed and SWAT robots were sent in and one fired a chemical agent into the shed. The man opened the shed and fired shots that injured 3 officers. SWAT team members flooded into the area and sealed it off. The man was found dead in the shed. Police did not clarify whose bullets had killed him.
