Seguin PD had been chasing Alejandro Saucedo for a traffic stop. They allege that 42-year-old Alejandro Saucedo of Marion pointed a firearm at Guadalupe County SWAT. SWAT had been called and gas was deployed to get the driver out of the car and eventually led to an exchange of gunfire between the driver and police around 4:43 a.m. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead.
