Phoenix PD received a call about a man having stabbed a woman. Police arrived at the 4100 block of W Alta Vista Road and found an injured elderly woman in front of a home. Anthony Castro was inside and when police arrived, the situation escalated and he stabbed her to death. Police fired numerous shots and killed him.
