Deputy Riley Kampsen of the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office attempted to evict 75-year-old Michael Yanacheak from his home, attacked him with a taser and the elderly man hit his head on a table after being shocked with the taser and died. His autopsy revealed that he died of blunt force trauma to the head from the fall due to being tased. His death was ruled a homicide. So far, no officers were charged.
