OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Margate PD and SWAT were sent to a domestic disturbance call. They arrived with a tactical team a full three hours after the call. Police made forcible entry into the home via battering ram and they claim that Louisson Pierrot was actively choking his wife. Upon entry, police shot and killed him. He had been unarmed.
