Tennessee Highway Patrol escalated a chase of a vehicle. The driver, Kala Michele Lamb, fled and accidentally veered into oncoming traffic, hitting another car head-on. She died in the crash. Her passenger and the third-party driver of the other vehicle were taken to the hospital with injuries. Tennessee Highway Patrol did not give a reason why she was being chased.
