Peterson Kamo was allegedly involved in a domestic disturbance and was holding his nephew, a toddler, when Spokane PD arrived. Family allege that police fired 6 bullets into him while he held the child, killing him and that he was not given enough time to even understand what was going on before being killed. Family have filed a lawsuit against the city.
